How To Add A Corporate Listing On Adviser Atlas
This guide will walk you through the process of creating and optimising your corporate listing, ensuring you get the maximum value from our platform. Whether you are a coach, consultant, or business professional, these step-by-step instructions will help you set up your profile, add important details, and make your listing stand out. Creating a New Listing:
- Scroll down and click on the “New Listing” button in the left-hand column.
- Enter your corporate title and company name (e.g., Expert Circle).
- Write a description (200-250 words) optimized for SEO with relevant keywords.

Adding Media:
- Add media to support your description.
- There is no size limit for images.

Creating a Featured Image:
- Create a banner image using Canva (recommended).
- Go to Canva, click “Create Design,” and select “Presentation” for the correct metrics.
- Choose a banner template, customize it, and shrink/center it as needed.
- Optionally, create a banner with your logo, tagline, and a short description.

Uploading the Featured Image:
- Download the image from Canva as a PNG file.
- Go back to Advisor Atlas, click “Set Featured Image,” and upload the file.
- Add your company name as the alt text.

Saving and Checking Your Listing:
- Scroll down and save your post.
- Go to the directory, scroll down, and check your rendered image.
- If necessary, go back and edit the post.

Setting Post Status:
- Choose “Publish” or “Draft” for the post status.

Creating a New Listing:
- In the left-hand column, scroll down and click “New Listing.”
- Enter your name or the title you want to appear as your personal listing (e.g., Olivia Davies).

Writing Your Description:
- Write a description of 200-250 words. Make it SEO optimized to describe what you offer, who you are, and how people can find you.
- You can also add media, such as photos, to support your description.

Setting a Featured Image:
- Go to Canva (a free design website) to create a banner for your listing.
- Click “Create Design” and select “Presentation” for the correct dimensions.
- Choose a banner template, customize it with a photo, colors, and labels.

- Click “Share” in the top right-hand corner, select “Download,” choose PNG format, and download the image.

- By default, contact info is set to “collect from user,” meaning people will have to ask for your details. To display them on your profile, click “Contact Info,” choose “come from new input,” and enter your phone, fax, email, and website details.
